Review of Black Bread (2010) by Millo T — 24 Jan 2012
Between 3 and 3.5. I expected more, but it is because I expected the best things from this movie: but I must not say it's bad. It's just it's not perfect. I expected it a little darker, and maybe, if the suspense and mistery had evolved in a different way (and the plot had continued in that way), it would have achieve what I hoped.
However, the intrigued is not maintained enough to become a real shocking story in that sense. In any case, good drama about winners and losers, about the secrets that adults hide, about lost and grief, about how life moves, and, mainly, good in its manufacture and with an excellent group of actors (starting by kids, mainly Marina Comas, and continuing with Laia Marull).
