I don't really know what the critics are on about. To be fair it isen't the best movie ever made, its not close to the brilliance of the likes of "The godfather", but it doesen't have to be.
The rock is great as Adam, the supporting cast is great, especially Pierce Brosnan as Dr.Fate.
Great music and great VFX.
At some parts the script could be better and child actors are hit and miss as always.
