Black Adam is not a bad film; it is entertaining and interesting. Black Adam is also not a DC Universe game changer; it is not original in any way. The film Black Adam has a storyline we have seen too many times; there are way too many settings that are ripped directly from other DCUMCU films.
You should consider this production of Black Adam as a one-off; a dream of Dwayne Johnson that was finally cobbled together into reality, but expect the future iterations of Black Adam as well as the DCU to be portrayed completely different.
Black Adam is worthy of a visit to the theater, during 'cheap ticket night' of course, but don't invest too much interest in this iteration of Teth-Adam.
