A dark, rich, complex, and wonderful movie. Masterful in camera work and editing. Through the story of a dying man, a father of two, the film takes us through the dark underworld of Barcelona. Highly symbolic in its layered structure and humanistic in its concern.
The only thing "biutiful" thing in this never-ending nightmare is the legacy of love.
