For all you fans (and you know who you are) who enjoy being reminded about our long slow march toward death, this is the feel good movie of the year. Everyone else, should avoid this. Keep living your blissful lives and ignore "Biutiful".
Don't risk getting infected like we are. Stay away. Stay ignorant and blissful to your very end.
