Review of Biutiful (2010) by Sara W — 27 May 2012
I'm giving it a whole extra star for Bardem because he can pull those kinda stars; he's a great actor. This story kinda sucked though, didn't it? And not just because he got cancer and etc., but pretty much ALL the rest of it. :\ I cannot approve. I love a good tragedy, but this is a bad one.
Remember I gave it an extra star, so really this is a TWO STAR film from me and one extra for an excellent actor for whom I happen to have a weakness. (I even rewrote that sentence because Spanish never ends on a preposition. What's that? You say English isn't supposed to either? Well, English @#$$ my %&&.).
