A very tragic period in Ukrainian history. Stalin starved to death millions of Ukrainians and staged model villages that portrayed normal life while his horrendous program was carried out. My father-in-law lived through that period and his description of people dying in the streets and cannibalism is terrifying. Now finally Stalin and Soviet Union (Russia) is exposed. The purpose was to break and annihilate the Ukrainian peasant.
