Balls to the wall. The action never lets up, the story never lets up. Completely insane and over the top. Gratuitous sex appeal. Heavy artillery. Tits n' Guns! This movie will literally make you feel like you were Bitch Slapped.
The film jumps from one ridiculous scene to the next. Scenes like, Trixie making her entrance on the stage, to seduce Gage, to a scene when they girls are in the desert dousing each other in buckets of water because of the "searing heat.
" The sexist subtext is obvious, but come the end, that female image gets it's ass Bitch Slapped. The greatest chick fight in cinematic history. And there's more than one fight. It is because of it's tacky B-Flick, that makes this film so damn great.
The directors were afraid the audience would be upset with the lack of frontal nudity, but to have portrayed these woman, as those characters, in that light, would have ruined the image of the film and it's cult classic feel.
This movie was definitely worth the wait for me. I hope the rest of you can enjoy it for what it is, and not hate so much. It's a great film, it's time to embraced the art in film, rather than the money thrown into it.
