Horrid, unbelievable movie. Curious which aspect of the movie the director was aiming to disturb the audience with first: the female pedophilia standpoint, the semi-erotic aspect of a mother/ son role.
..or the reincarnation of her late husband into a little boy? urk? Plenty of long grief stricken moments, watching Kidman slink around on the beach wearing white of course, and looking confounded. I kept watching only to see if that little boy was going to kill her in the end.
