Review of Birth (1984) by Trina R — 23 Oct 2009
One of the few films to leave a real impression on me, direction wise it was brilliant, some excellent shots and musical score. Story wise it was a little confusing at times but it didn't slip too far off the path. It's going to be down to the viewer and whether or not they're a believer in this kind of thing.
Kidman was superb as she always is, young Cameron Bright was disturbing in a calming sort of way. It's not going to everyone's taste, but for me it had me hooked all the way through to the end.
