This movie was an improvement over Suicide Squad, though not by much. The story feels rushed, and the unconventional storytelling ruins the flow of the movie. The action scenes were ridiculous. The movie tries to push a feminist agenda and it shows; every male character is depicted as unintelligent, weak, or misogynistic.
None of the characters excluding Harley Quinn are remotely interesting. I wouldn't go out of my way to see this movie again.
