Director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu is no stranger when it comes to directing masterpieces, but this movie just might be his best one yet. With a dazzling 360-degree choreography that follows around the characters throughout all events that happen, "Birdman" offers a compelling, witty story around a washed up superhero actor who invests everything into his self-produced broadway play as he fights his inner and outer demons that torment and mock him and strives to prove his true worth as a artist.

Michael Keaton undoubtedly deserved his oscar; he was the excellent choice for the lead role Riggan Thomoson, as his honest down-to-earth performances truly was, in some sense, a mirror image of himself back when he struggled as an actor after his hit film "Batman".

Overall, "Birdman" is a great film packed with excellent acting and writing, a must watch for the moviegoers.
