I don't think this was a legitimate attempt to make a good movie. It screams out "big fat fake" every step of the way. So, it's not in the same league as 'The Room', 'Troll 2' or 'Samurai Cop'.
It's basically unwatchable, however, there are some sweet moments, so that saves it from getting only a half star.
