Review of Bird on a Wire (1990) by Eric Z — 16 Sep 2008
I finally saw this film in its entirety and I was entertained. I love the 80's and 90's action films, so this had some pretty good action scenes. Directed by John Badham who is known for "Stakeout", which had a great blend of comedy and action, "Bird on a Wire" sometimes suffered with and uneven blend of the two genres.
However, I will never get sick and tired of Mel's sense of humor and watching him save the day, while getting the piss knocked out of him.
