Review of Bio-Dome (1996) by Corpse M — 17 Feb 2011

Sometimes i'll watch a movie that I remember from when I was a kid with high expectations. recently I returned to a movie called the pest starring john liguizamo which was suppose to be a comedy but was just over the top annoying.

much like how I felt about bio dome. the two main characters are extremly annoying and I dont really like dissing paulie shore but you can tell he had a lot of fun making this movie but forgot to make it fun for the viewer.

its about two friends getting locked inside a bio dome for a year with a bunch of rocket scientists. basically paulie and friend just annoy the scientists and everyone around them for the whole movie and try and creat catch frazes for themselves but just end up making lame jokes.

the two losers have to hot girlfriends who do their part to save the environment by not wearing bras and are obviously out of paulie and friends league. bio-dome is the perfect example of dumb comedy done wrong.

dont get me wrong....i like dumb comedies, as long as they are funny. I enjoy most adam sandler, jim carrey, and will farrell movies which is what bio dome seems to strive for but falls way short.
