This movie is kind of, sort of terrible, but it's also funny (in an extremely silly way) and has a certain "cult-y" charm that should appeal to fans of 90s nostalgia and old school Pauly Shore, and if you watch this film like you are watching a YouTube short or a pointless SNL skit, there is some mild enjoyment to be had.
