Show this movie to ANY middle school aged boy and he will laugh his immature ass off at it. I watched it way too many times with my friends back in the day to give this movie a bad rating. "It's too damn hot for a penguin to be just walkin around here!" It may be stupid but I find it hilarious and entertaining.
