I could imagine anyone older than grade school finding this incredibly juvenile. But stupid as it is, Billy Madison has an inspired comedy style all its own, full of every random act of lunacy it can fit into it's thin plot.
And the plot is so thin, it fits a lot of them. Adam Sandler can be obnoxious, but there's something oddly creative about this movie that keeps you laughing even when you know you shouldn't be.
