Review of Billy Madison (1995) by Cody F — 13 May 2011
Idotic to the core and making no apologies, this Adam Sandler vehicle is unabashedly adolescent, and at times very funny as he 'plays' the heir to a hotel empire who must prove on a bet that he can pass all 12 grades of elementary school in as many weeks - or else lose control of the business his Dad means to leave to him.
A drunken chase involving a golf-cart and an imaginary penguin is a highlight.
