Review of Billy Madison (1995) by Ricky J — 03 Jul 2011
Billy Madison is a movie about an immature man-child who grew up in a rich family. His father owns a hotel company and to prove Billy is smart enough to take care of the business when his father retires, he goes back and to complete school without cheating.
Adam Sandler uses this mental challenged/child-like voice through half the movie and when he does that it is almost unbearable to watch. It is so annoying! When he does talk normaly it's accaulty a decent comedy movie. It's very immature and that's part of why it's funny but, for every funny joke there seems to be two unfunny ones.
I loved this movie when I was younger but, was kind of disappointed when I rewatched it. Still it had some funny one liners.
"T-t-today junior!" -Billy Madison.
