I enjoyed this film,immensely.Many men feel ashamed to show a sweet side to their personality.Jamie Bell plays Billy,who decides that he'd rather dance ballet than work as a miner,what normal men in England do.
A sweet ballet instructor (Walters) sneaks classes on the side,without his father's consent.When Billy achieves the grade for Ballet School, He makes his father (Gary Lewis proud.I enjoyed the last scene,where you see Billy leap in the air for joy.
