I watched this movie years ago and I've been meaning to re-watch it for ages..I finally did, and even though I could remember quite a lot about my first Elly Billiot viewing, I still thought it was a great movie! Alough I don't think that epilogue was really needed..mainly because the older Billy is a load of crap - I think it would have been a good ending if it had stopped after the scene involving Billy's departure and the miners going back to work.
It;s unfortunate Jamie Bell hasn't done anything good with his career since this though..apart from his OK performance in Defiance..ohdear.
