Review of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey (1991) by Simon P — 24 Nov 2009
The movie itself isn't completely 'bogus' to me, but it lacked what was necessary to top its original. There is some hint of dark humor in this, and some decent performances, but I prefer the lighter tone of the original.
However, the movie's finale does redeem itself somewhat. Kiss's 'God Gave Rock and Roll to You' is a pretty nice way to close Bill and Ted's story.
