Review of Bill & Ted Face the Music (2020) by Deanbrisko — 29 Aug 2020
And God said: "STA-TION...".
I knew this movie would make a lot of my fellow MGTOW guys butt-hurt over the remarkably charming daughters and their crucial role throughout the experience. Not gonna lie I did have a few eye-roll moments, but these were drastically overshadowed by how hilarious the film was. Always love Keanu but Alex Winters slayed in this movie. Where has he been hiding all these years!? The film was very imaginative and extremely well written. Even despite all of the PC check boxes you gotta meet for a Hollywood film these days, this movie was so well done. I promise this movie is not another Star Wars 7 or The Last of Us 2 replace the old father figures with young women trope. (Sadly this is a trope in 2020.) I would say this movie has a very touching overall theme that by Bill and Ted being fathers their lives finally became complete and more fulfilled. I can't remember the last time I saw a movie in the past several years and I actually thought, "Wow.
