This 1986 movie is a classic! When I saw this movie when I was a kid, it frighten me because of the scary ancient magicians and monsters. But now seeing it as an adult, it is funny with a lot of Kung-fu fighting action.
All this time I did not know John Carpenter directed this movie. Kurt Russell is one funny bad ass dude as Jack Burton. James Hong that played Lo-Pan is a great actor. RIP to great actor Victor Wong! I also remember him in the movie "The Golden Child" starring Eddie Murphy.
He was 74 years old when he died on Sep 29, 2001.
