It's a pity few people have seen this movie. It really is one of the funniest movies I own. All the characters are just this side of sane, with business magnate/resident scumbag Arthur Herk played to the hilt by the always entertaining Stanley Tucci.
No one gives it any credit, but it is genuinely funny.
