Review of Big Nothing (2006) by Victor D — 25 Jul 2011
A very messy, inconsistent, and rather contrived dark comedy. The film succeeds on it's cast alone, despite having an interesting premise. Big Nothing lacks the ability to find irony and humor in the situations which these characters are placed in, and instead feels the need to just put in as many "twists and turns" as possible as a way of making these characters and the audience confused.
It's still an entertaining hour and 23 minutes well spent on a hot summer evening with nothing to do.
