Review of Big Night (1996) by Jason G — 12 Dec 2008
Just a great indie film. Tony Shalhoub is SO good as the no-compromises chef ... also, plenty of the dialog is in Italian, which is always nice to hear.
Yes, it's about a restaurant, but more than that it's about the love between two brothers and what that means. It's also about not being in control of outcomes and still celebrating life!
