Regardless of what the critics say, this is a funny and entertaining comedy with Martin Lawrence excelling in his role as Malcolm Turner/Big Momma. Story is simple but that's fine, it doesn't need to be oscar worthy.
This film is the kind of movie I love, a laugh a minute comedy. 4/5.
