Review of Big Hero 6 (2014) by Danny O — 11 Apr 2015
Big Hero 6 is one of the most entertaining movies of the year. It is fun, fast paced, and thrilling. The main character Hiro and his robot Baymax have a really great relationship that elevates the movie to a new level.
The animation is great, and the action is exciting. The movie is well paced and should appeal to all audiences. It has an emotional pull, great action, and good characters. Some of the side characters aren't given a whole lot of development, and do fade into the background at times.
The movie is very predictable, any person who has seen a lot of movies will see exactly where the film is going. There really aren't too many negatives, this is a solid and endlessly entertaining Disney film.
Big Hero 6 gets 4/5 stars (B+).
