Review of Big Game (2014) by Allison K — 23 Aug 2015
Big Game is dumb but it entertains you effectively. Is the big conclusion you can get out of this movie. It has that silly retro action form the oldies but the director handle it very well mainly because the two leads have a good chemestry between them, in fact, as the protagonist, I dont see a nice Jackson film since Die Hard with a Vengeance (make Kingsman a exception) where he has a partner to. The film starts stupid well but soon, after half done, enters the dumb territory with scenes we must see it, and even so, can still not believe it, but I enjoy it .. 90 minutes well spent!
The Good: the chemestry between the two leads backed up with a fantastic Finland landscape.
The Bad: dumb with some scenes.. man.. that was retro kind of stupid.
The Ugly: the plot is nonsense.. but kind of possible lol.
