Review of Big Fish (2003) by Joshua W — 18 Jun 2012

I literally fell asleep watching it and had to rewatch it in its entirety to make sure I wasn't just having a really bad nightmare. Everyone I know genuinely enjoys this film, but I just can't bring myself to like it.

Yes, it's touching and whatnot, but it's flooded with dull, ignorant material that almost seems like filler - but are actually the backbone to the story. I would suggest it for children if it weren't honestly written for adults.
