A complex piece of art in itself, Big Eyes demonstrates the importance of one person's voice as she is continually emotionally abused by her husband, who takes credit for her hard work. A tale of patriarchal indignation that couldn't come at a more relevant time period, Big Eyes has a vision that goes beyond what can be seen by the titular waifs.
