Review of Big Eyes (2014) by Antone A — 25 Apr 2015
A change in scenario for director Tim Burton, Big Eyes is an interesting and engaging biopic that showcases Amy Adams wonderful and grounded performance and her struggle with her husband for the truth of who really drew her paintings and while often times Waltz is over the top and over exaggerates, it fits the film and character he plays.
This is without a doubt one of Tim Burton's best in a long while.
