Review of Big Eyes (2014) by Drew R — 10 Dec 2015

Amy Adams and Cristoph Waltz own their roles and help make a very watchable drama. Tim Burton and Danny Elfman step outside their standard style and prove they can do more that dark and gothic. Krysten Ritter and Jason Schwartzman are also great in their small parts.

I especially loved its portrayal of a woman's struggle for agency and the its exploration of the meaning of art.
