Review of Big Eyes (2014) by Xander K — 18 May 2015
An interesting story and a pleasant enough film. I liked the Burton-esque element of the couple of scenes with actual big eyes, but there were also a few filmmaking choices (like the fork stabbing scene) that I completely disagreed with.
(Really, the art critic's character as a whole was poorly conceived.).
