Review of Big Ass Spider! (2013) by Stephen C — 13 Mar 2014
While the budget does show up in places this B movie monster flick has plenty of drive and vigour than most bloated Hollywood films.
When an army experiment escapes from a hospital morgue local pest controller Alex and his secruirty guard sidekick Jose are faced with the big ass spider which hunts and kills humans and may end up destroying downtown LA.
If like me you love giant monster movies of the 50s 60s and 70s then this film is a real blast with plenty of action and some scares and of course cheesy dialogue.
The film may be treading a well worn path but that all part of the fun and spiders are always scary so it double your money in the entertainment steaks.
