Review of Big (1988) by Bob L — 14 Mar 2011
Sometimes a bit cute but pretty solid, a nice chance for then-comedian Hanks to show off his acting chops. The piano scene in the toy store is one of my all-time favorites.
If you're a fan I recommend the DVD, some good cut scenes and an insightful audio commentary track from the co-writers. That's my boy Jared Rushton (Honey, I Shrunk the Kids) as his boyhood pal.
