Review of Big (1988) by Lyndsey W — 24 Nov 2018

I love this movie and have always loved this movie. Getting hung up on the plausibility of the plot tells me that people don't get this film. For me, this movie captures the irony of wishing to be older, autonomous and in control only to get there and realize it's not all it's cracked up to be.

The movie also shows what it would be like if we could approach our grown-up lives with the innocence and kindness of our youth. Of course, Tom Hanks is brilliant and entertaining to watch.
