Let's see: the plot is pretty much nonexistent, there're transexuals running around killing everyone, there's tons of drugs, a guy falls three stories and is walking upright a year later, and the music is so bad that it's good. this is camp in its finest hour.

Try to find the reefer quote from "smoke two joints" by sublime, you'll get a chuckle out of that.
