Review of Beyond the Sea (2004) by Angie K — 08 Jun 2007
Kevin Spacey does an amazing job in this movie, but Kate Bosworth needs some acting lessons. She drags this movie down. I also don't like biopic films where there isn't really a struggle to get success.
Ray suffered this same problem. Other than his rhuematic fever and finding out his sister is really his mother and the woman he thought was his mother was actually his grandmother, he had no real problems in his life.
Things seemed to come easily.
