Review of Beyond the Sea (2004) by Matt L — 08 Jul 2007
I generally love biopics. But I didn't love this one. It seemed like it was less about how great Bobby Darin was and more about how great Kevin Spacey is. I'm not a big Spacey fan, and this is a prime example of why.
He always comes off a bit smug to me. I didn't care for his acting or directing in this picture.
