A brilliant performance by Kevin Spacey. The fact that he sang his own songs was just wow. He totally made the movie, both literally and figuratively. Haha. This is a long movie, and it does get slow at points, but I thought that the music and dance numbers more than made up for it.
And how about the "Beyond the Sea" scene? My favorite! I'm not a fan of Kate Bosworth... her acting is questionable in this... other than that, I loved how the movie mixed the past with the present in the story - very well done, very clever, and very awesome.
