Review of Beyond the Mat (1999) by Bill T — 09 Dec 2011
The 2nd greatest wrestling documentary out there... (the first being This Wrestling Life, the film I was in of course), it's hard to believe I've only seen this twice, and.. watching it now, it's all hindsight, because I know more about the further history of the participants (well, most of them).
Still, is gripping to see what pro wrestling was like then (on the wwe side mostly (the indies really havent changed)) and learn more about the larger-than-life characters populating it.
