It's slight but it's good. The story has been told before, but that doesn't make it less touching. Boy meets girl, who happens to be a superstar. Girl is loss in the star making machinery. Boy helps her find herself.
Ta-dah! But this one is well acted and heart felt. Nate Parker is the next Denzel and GuGu MBatha deserves all the lead roles.
