Charlie sheen goes undercover to bust a bunch of outlaw bikers. this is supposedly based on a true story.
I liked it but thought it could have been better. I really didn't like the editing and the music - I would have played better from a more realist perspective. also, way too many montages!
I kept thinking of "donnie brasco" while watching this - perhaps because both are about undercover cops infiltrating organized crime groups AND michael madsen is in both! I loved his performance here. everyone else was adequate enough to make it watchable.
