Herbert West is back. Where's he been all this time? Jail? Oh right, all that murder, and bringing back the dead stuff. Despite being in jail Dr. West manages to recreate his formula with a little bit of a body swap thing to boot.
This sounds interesting but fails mostly because the cast aren't good enough to pull it off. Still this 3rd film keeps to it's corny B movie roots and has a lot of fun moments. The jawless reanimate at the beginning is enough to draw you in and keep you there.
