Review of Beyond Borders (2003) by Kate M — 24 Oct 2007
The most understated film of 2003. This should have been a wake-up call to the film industry. Start making great films. There is a huge problem happening on the otherside of the world, and you people would rather make a trilogy about the rich teenybopper lifestyles of the west coast.
This film was a epic in just 126 minutes and you people ripped it apart. Shame on you. This film is marvellous. The performances are stellar. It takes the viewer to all depths of the poverty scale and climates.
A great film.
