It has some charm and humor, but it is uneven. It also wasn't what I was expecting as I thought it was going to be more like the television series. I was surprised and delighted to hear a Louis Armstrong rendition of the classic Disney song "'Bout Time" at the end credits though.
(First viewing - Late teen years).
