Review of Beverly Hills Ninja (1997) by Tristan F — 10 Oct 2008

I laughed a bit during this, not so much because the jokes were funny, but because of how lame and obvious they all were. This was pretty bad. You know a "ninja" comedy is lazy when it plays 'Kung Fu Fighting' thirty times during the course of the narrative.

I forgive Chris Rock for all his ranting about racism in the movies after you see the Step'n Fetchit role he's given here. Still, I give it one star since Chris Farley falling over and running into things, even at its most obvious, still made me laugh now and then despite myself.
